I hope to find myself in a job that demands constant innovation and learning, as well as part of a team that challenges me to continually think creatively, solve problems, and move the world forward. What did you enjoy most about majoring in a business-related field? My favorite part about studying business has been getting to work in teams. In an increasingly global world, the emphasis on collaborating in diverse teams is more important than ever. I genuinely enjoy thriving in the team environment and getting to participate in a group that works together toward a result that no individual could alone achieve.Where would you like to work after graduation?  I am excited to be joining Kurt Salmon in New York as a Consultant in the Retail and Consumer Group. What are your long-term professional goals? I enjo y the intricacies of leading a team and inspiring success in others. As a result, I hope to one day serve as an executive of a company that is contributing to society in a fashion that I am passionate about.â€Å"I knew I wanted to major in business when†¦I began to understand the concept of entrepreneurship.†Ã‚  Ã¢â‚¬Å"If I didn’t major in business, I would be†¦studying computer science and eventually making a business with the goal of turning creative visions into real products.†Ã‚  What was the happiest moment of your life? Following in my parents footsteps as Emory alumni and joining my older brother at Emory, and then having my sister join me as a freshman in my senior year.Which academic or personal achievement are you most proud of? I enjoy all types of exercise, soccer, exploring technology, traveling, vo lunteering, and trying new food. What made Max such an invaluable addition to the Class of 2016? â€Å"To say that Max is fully engaged in everything he undertakes is to state the obvious. He manages the coveted entertainment arm of the most active Emory Campus Life organization (SPC), while simultaneously serving as president of his fraternity and of the BBA Council. Rather than let one activity distract him from another, he learns from each experience and brings those competencies to the next. He obviously possesses the ideas, confidence and charisma that result in his selection by his peers, but more significantly, once elected as their leader, he follows through on his aspirations and promises, leaving each organization better than he found it. I have watched him manage a complex and volatile situation with dignity and grace when his fraternity was thrust into the national spotlight. I have more often observed the way in which he motivates his BBA classmates to provide programmi ng and activities that are not just popular, but also align with the School’s core values. He does so with humility, as someone who supports rather than imposes a vision and he works to build bridges across campus that strengthens the BBA Program’s standing and reputation. As President of the BBA Council, he has absolutely created a vibrant student community at Goizueta based on inclusion, support and open communication.†Andrea S.
